At Better Sporting Dogs, we want you and your canine athlete to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
